Bin Afif house is a historic house located on the UNESCO site of old Jeddah (Al-Balad). The building is more than 150 years old and consists of 4 floor and total built- area is 800 m².
our solution was to re-use the old building as a boutique hotel taking into consideration both the value of the historic site and architectural elements as well as the cotemporary way of living.
