The fact that Old Jeddah (Al-Balad) is a UNESCO site, it is one of the hottest spots in the city to be visited by tourists. Despite that, the area lacks boutique hotels that not only offer accommodation for guests but also allow them to experience living in old Jeddah houses.
This project was to develop a boutique hotel in the heart of Al-Balad to reflect the traditional Hejazi house yet with a contemporary twist.
